Key Responsibilities

As a CAT Maths Faculty (QA & LR), your responsibilities will include:

Develop structured lesson plans covering arithmetic, algebra, number system, geometry, modern math, and logical reasoning topics
Train students in problem-solving techniques, shortcuts, and time management strategies
Create and update study materials based on the latest CAT exam pattern and syllabus
Conduct regular mock tests, sectional tests, and performance analysis sessions
Provide one-on-one mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions to students
Track individual student performance and suggest improvement strategies
Encourage analytical thinking and accuracy under time constraints
Maintain a disciplined and engaging classroom environment

Required Skills & Qualifications
