Purpose and Scope

This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the conditions under which FPS JOBS PVT LTD ("Company") will issue refunds for recruitment services provided to clients ("Employer" or "Client"). This Policy forms an integral part of the service agreement and shall be construed in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof.
