Registration and Validity

Candidates must register with the company before being considered for any job opportunity.

Registration is valid for one year from the registration date.

Registration entails adding candidate details to the company's database.

Registration Fee and Placement Assurance

Registration fees are facilitation charges to maintain candidate details and inform them of suitable vacancies.

The company does not guarantee job placement or selection.

Selection depends solely on candidate skills, and the company reserves the right to select or reject candidates.

Responsibilities and Disclaimers

Candidates selected for a job are solely employees of the hiring organization.

The company is not liable for any legal issues between the organization and the candidate.

Candidates authorize the company to notify them about job opportunities via SMS or email during the registration period.

Expenses and Service Charges

Candidates are responsible for interview expenses unless otherwise stated by the organization.

If selected through company references, candidates must endorse the appointment letter to the company.

Candidates must pay 15 days of the first month's salary as service charges upon selection.

Payment and Legal Actions

Service charges must be paid before the joining date via cheque, draft, or online transfer.

Legal action may be pursued for breach of contract, governed by Indian laws.

Late fines apply after 7 days without prior confirmation from the company.

Non-Attendance Consequences

Candidates failing to attend arranged interviews risk cancellation of their candidature.

Non-attendance may result in the candidate being ineligible for future vacancies.
