Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\t
Teach Mathematics for IIT JEE Main level students in classroom / batch format.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Deliver concept-based, result-oriented lectures with strong clarity and student engagement.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Prepare and revise chapter-wise lesson plans, practice sheets, assignments, and tests.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Solve students’ doubts and provide academic mentorship to improve performance.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Analyze student progress through tests, identify weak areas, and suggest improvement strategies.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Coordinate with the academic team for syllabus planning, test schedules, and content alignment.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a productive learning environment.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Support students in board + competitive exam balance wherever required (if applicable).
\r\n\t

Required Candidate Profile

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\t
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Mathematics for IIT JEE Main.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Strong command over JEE Main Mathematics topics (Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, etc.).
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Good classroom communication and student handling skills.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a simple and structured manner.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Comfortable in a target-based academic environment.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Graduate / Postgraduate in Mathematics / Engineering / relevant field preferred.
\r\n\t

Preferred Candidate (Region Preference)

Candidates from North India will be preferred due to language comfort, student connect, and regional adaptability.
