Role Summary

\r\n\r\n

Deliver high-quality Biology instruction for NEET aspirants, ensuring strong conceptual understanding of Botany and Zoology aligned with competitive exam standards.

Teach concepts using NCERT-based approach, diagrams, and structured explanations to help students excel in NEET examinations.

\r\n\r\n

Develop academic content and strategies aimed at improving student performance in medical entrance exams.

\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Biology for NEET aspirants (Classes 11th & 12th).

\r\n\r\n

Explain biological concepts using structured lessons, diagrams, and examples aligned with NEET syllabus.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion according to NEET curriculum and competitive standards.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment that promotes effective learning.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

\r\n\r\n

Develop question banks, mock tests, and revision modules aligned with NEET exam patterns.

\r\n\r\n

Continuously update academic content based on latest syllabus updates and exam trends.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Monitor student progress through regular tests, performance analysis, and feedback sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Identify learning gaps and provide targeted mentoring to improve student performance in NEET.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

\r\n\r\n

Participate in faculty meetings, academic discussions, and training sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain academic records and student performance reports.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Zoology, Botany, or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience in Biology.

\r\n\r\n

Proven experience teaching NEET level Biology is highly preferred.

\r\n\r\n
