Role Summary

Deliver high-quality Biology instruction for students preparing for NEET, ensuring strong conceptual understanding of Botany and Zoology aligned with competitive exam standards.

Teach concepts using NCERT-based approach, diagrams, and structured explanations to help students excel in NEET examinations.

\r\n\r\n

Develop academic content and strategies aimed at improving student performance in medical entrance exams.

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Biology for NEET aspirants (Classes 11th & 12th).

\r\n\r\n

Explain biological concepts using structured lessons, diagrams, and examples aligned with NEET syllabus.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion according to NEET curriculum and competitive standards.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment that promotes effective learning.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

\r\n\r\n

Develop question banks, mock tests, and revision modules aligned with NEET exam patterns.

Regularly update academic content according to latest syllabus updates and exam trends.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Track student performance through regular tests, assessments, and performance analysis.

\r\n\r\n

Provide targeted mentoring to improve student accuracy, conceptual clarity, and exam performance.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

\r\n\r\n

Participate in faculty meetings, academic discussions, and training sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain academic records and student performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Zoology, Botany, or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Experience teaching NEET level Biology is preferred.
