Role Summary

\r\n\r\n

Deliver high-quality Biology instruction for foundation-level students, helping them build strong conceptual understanding in life sciences and biology fundamentals.

\r\n\r\n

Teach biological concepts in a simplified and engaging manner to strengthen students’ academic base for future competitive exam preparation.

\r\n\r\n

Develop and continuously improve academic content aligned with foundation curriculum and academic learning objectives.

\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Biology foundation-level students.

\r\n\r\n

Explain biological concepts using diagrams, visual explanations, and structured lessons.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with foundation-level curriculum guidelines.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain a positive and interactive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and scientific thinking.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and practice materials.

\r\n\r\n

Design conceptual exercises, diagrams, and revision modules for foundation-level students.

Regularly update teaching materials to match curriculum updates and academic requirements.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Track student progress through regular tests and assignments.

\r\n\r\n

Identify learning gaps and provide targeted academic support to improve student understanding.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow faculty members to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and institutional activities.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain student performance records and academic reports.

\r\n\r\n

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology / Life Sciences or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Biology.

\r\n\r\n

Experience teaching foundation-level Biology or science is preferred.

\r\n\r\n

Prior experience teaching in foundation programs or school-level science teaching.
