Role Summary

\r\n\r\n

Deliver high-quality Biology instruction for Foundation and Board level classes, ensuring strong conceptual understanding of Botany and Zoology fundamentals.

\r\n\r\n

Teach Biology topics using structured explanations, diagrams, and practical examples aligned with school board curriculum and foundational academic preparation.

\r\n\r\n

Develop academic content and teaching strategies that enhance student understanding, conceptual clarity, and academic performance.

\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Biology for Foundation and Board level students.

\r\n\r\n

Explain biological concepts using structured lessons, diagrams, and examples to enhance conceptual clarity.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with board curriculum and academic standards.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment that promotes effective learning.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

\r\n\r\n

Develop practice questions, revision modules, and assessment papers.

\r\n\r\n

Regularly update academic content according to curriculum updates and exam requirements.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Track student progress through regular tests, assessments, and performance analysis.

\r\n\r\n

Identify learning gaps and provide targeted academic support to improve student outcomes.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

\r\n\r\n

Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic discussions.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain academic records and student performance reports.

\r\n\r\n

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Zoology, Botany, or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience in Biology.

\r\n\r\n

Experience teaching Foundation and Board level Biology is preferred.

\r\n\r\n

Preferred Background

Prior experience teaching in schools or coaching institutes.
