Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Botany at NEET level for senior secondary students.

\r\n\r\n

Explain biological concepts clearly using diagrams, examples, and structured explanations.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with the latest NEET exam pattern and NCERT guidelines.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment that promotes effective learning.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practice worksheets.

\r\n\r\n

Develop question banks, mock tests, and revision modules for NEET preparation.

\r\n\r\n

Regularly update academic content as per syllabus changes and exam trends.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions, revision classes, and concept reinforcement sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Track student progress through periodic tests and performance analysis.

\r\n\r\n

Identify learning gaps and provide targeted academic support to improve results.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

\r\n\r\n

Participate in academic planning sessions and faculty discussions.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain academic records and performance reports for students.

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Botany / Life Sciences / related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience in Botany.

Experience teaching NEET level Botany is required.

\r\n\r\n
