Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Chemistry for Classes 11 & 12.

\r\n\r\n

Explain chemical concepts using structured lessons, examples, and numerical/problem-solving techniques.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with board curriculum and academic standards.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment that promotes effective learning.

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

Track student progress through regular tests and assessments.

Identify learning gaps and provide targeted academic support to improve student performance.

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Chemistry.

Experience teaching senior secondary Chemistry is preferred.
