Role Summary

Teach complex Chemistry concepts using structured explanations, reaction mechanisms, and high-level numerical problem-solving techniques aligned with JEE Advanced examination standards.

Develop academic content and problem-solving modules aimed at improving student performance in national-level competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Chemistry for JEE Advanced aspirants.

\r\n\r\n

Explain advanced Chemistry concepts using structured lessons, problem-solving methods, and exam-oriented strategies.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with JEE Advanced curriculum and competitive standards.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment that promotes deep conceptual learning.

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare advanced lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

Develop high-level question banks, mock tests, and revision modules aligned with JEE Advanced standards.

Continuously update academic content based on latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and question trends.

Student Support & Progress Tracking

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and advanced revision classes.

Monitor student progress through regular tests, performance analysis, and feedback sessions.

Identify conceptual gaps and provide targeted mentoring to help students excel in JEE Advanced examinations.

Academic Coordination

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure effective curriculum delivery.

Participate in faculty meetings, academic discussions, and training programs.

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline.

Minimum 8–11 years of teaching experience in Chemistry.

Proven experience teaching JEE Advanced level Chemistry is highly preferred.
