Develop academic content and strategies aimed at improving student performance in competitive entrance examinations.

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Chemistry for NEET / JEE aspirants (Classes 11th & 12th).

\r\n\r\n

Explain chemical concepts using structured lessons, examples, and advanced problem-solving techniques.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with NEET / JEE curriculum and competitive exam standards.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment that promotes effective learning.

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

Develop question banks, mock tests, and revision modules aligned with NEET / JEE exam patterns.

Regularly update academic content according to latest syllabus updates and exam trends.

Student Support & Progress Tracking

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

Track student performance through regular tests, assessments, and performance analysis.

\r\n\r\n

Provide targeted academic support to improve student accuracy, speed, and conceptual clarity.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

Participate in faculty meetings, academic discussions, and training sessions.

Maintain academic records and student performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Chemistry.

Experience teaching NEET / JEE level Chemistry is preferred.
