Role Summary

\r\n\r\n

Deliver high-quality Chemistry instruction for students preparing for JEE Main and NEET, ensuring strong conceptual understanding of Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.

Teach concepts using structured explanations, reaction mechanisms, and numerical/problem-solving techniques aligned with competitive exam standards.

\r\n\r\n

Develop academic content and strategies aimed at improving student performance in engineering and medical entrance examinations.

\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Chemistry for JEE Main / NEET aspirants (Classes 11th & 12th).

\r\n\r\n

Explain chemical concepts using structured lessons, examples, and advanced problem-solving techniques.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with JEE Main / NEET curriculum and competitive exam standards.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment that promotes effective learning.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

\r\n\r\n

Develop question banks, mock tests, and revision modules aligned with JEE Main / NEET exam patterns.

Regularly update academic content according to latest syllabus updates and exam trends.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Track student performance through regular tests, assessments, and performance analysis.

\r\n\r\n

Provide targeted mentoring to improve student accuracy, conceptual clarity, and exam performance.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

\r\n\r\n

Participate in faculty meetings, academic discussions, and training sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain academic records and student performance reports.

\r\n\r\n

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience in Chemistry.

\r\n\r\n

Experience teaching JEE Main / NEET level Chemistry is preferred.
