Develop and continuously improve academic content aligned with the JEE Mains and NEET syllabus and exam patterns.

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Chemistry at JEE Mains and NEET level.

\r\n\r\n

Simplify complex Chemistry concepts using structured explanations, reaction mechanisms, and numerical problem-solving techniques.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with the latest competitive exam patterns and syllabus updates.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an interactive and disciplined classroom environment that promotes active learning.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practice worksheets, and study materials.

\r\n\r\n

Develop structured question banks, mock tests, and revision modules for competitive exam preparation.

\r\n\r\n

Regularly update academic content according to JEE and NEET syllabus changes and exam trends.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Track student progress through regular assessments and mock tests.

\r\n\r\n

Identify learning gaps and provide targeted academic support to improve student performance.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

\r\n\r\n

Participate in academic meetings, faculty discussions, and academic planning sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain academic records and student performance reports.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience in Chemistry.

\r\n\r\n

Experience teaching JEE Mains / NEET level Chemistry is required.

\r\n\r\n

Preferred Background

Prior experience teaching in reputed IIT-JEE / NEET coaching institutes.
