Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct engaging classroom sessions for Chemistry for JEE Mains / NEET aspirants.

\r\n\r\n

Simplify complex Chemistry concepts using structured explanations and practical examples.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus coverage aligned with the latest JEE Mains and NEET examination patterns.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain a disciplined and interactive classroom environment that promotes active learning.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare structured lesson plans, assignments, practice sheets, and mock test materials.

\r\n\r\n

Develop exam-oriented problem-solving content for competitive exam preparation.

\r\n\r\n

Regularly update teaching content according to syllabus changes and exam trends.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions, revision classes, and problem-solving discussions.

Monitor student progress through periodic tests and mock examinations.

\r\n\r\n

Identify learning gaps and provide targeted academic support to improve student performance.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Work closely with the academic team to ensure effective curriculum delivery.

Participate in academic planning, faculty discussions, and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in Chemistry.

Experience teaching JEE Mains / NEET level Chemistry is preferred.
