Role Summary

\r\n\r\n

Deliver high-quality Chemistry instruction for foundation-level students, helping them build strong conceptual understanding in basic science and Chemistry fundamentals.

Teach concepts in a simplified and engaging manner to strengthen students’ academic base for future competitive exam preparation.

\r\n\r\n

Develop and improve academic content aligned with school curriculum and foundation-level learning objectives.

\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Chemistry foundation-level students.

\r\n\r\n

Explain fundamental Chemistry concepts through structured lessons, examples, and visual explanations.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure strong conceptual clarity and encourage interactive classroom learning.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain a disciplined and engaging learning environment for students.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and practice materials.

\r\n\r\n

Design basic conceptual problem sets and revision exercises.

\r\n\r\n

Update teaching materials regularly to maintain relevance with curriculum changes.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Track student progress through regular tests and assignments.

\r\n\r\n

Identify learning gaps and provide additional support to improve student understanding.

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with academic coordinators and faculty members to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

Participate in academic meetings, training programs, and institutional activities.

Maintain student performance records and academic reports.

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in Chemistry.

\r\n\r\n

Experience teaching foundation-level science or Chemistry is preferred.

\r\n\r\n
