Role Summary

\r\n\r\n

Provide high-quality doubt-solving and academic support in Mathematics for JEE aspirants, ensuring strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.

\r\n\r\n

Assist lead faculty in delivering academic content and help students strengthen their understanding through one-on-one and group doubt sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Support academic delivery by reinforcing concepts using structured explanations and analytical problem-solving techniques aligned with competitive exam standards.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Doubt Resolution

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions for Mathematics for JEE students (Classes 11th & 12th).

\r\n\r\n

Explain concepts using step-by-step problem-solving methods and logical reasoning.

\r\n\r\n

Provide one-on-one and group support to improve conceptual clarity, accuracy, and speed.

\r\n\r\n

Assist in classroom sessions when required.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Support & Content Assistance

\r\n\r\n

Assist in preparation of assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

\r\n\r\n

Help develop question banks, practice exercises, and revision modules.

\r\n\r\n

Support faculty in updating content based on latest syllabus updates and exam trends.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Monitor student performance and identify learning gaps.

\r\n\r\n

Provide targeted academic support to improve student performance and confidence.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain feedback and progress reports of students.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Work closely with senior faculty to ensure smooth academic delivery.

\r\n\r\n

Participate in faculty meetings and training sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain academic records and assist in performance reporting.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 3–5 years of teaching or academic support experience in Mathematics.

\r\n\r\n

Experience in JEE level doubt solving or assistant faculty role is preferred.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Preferred Background

\r\n\r\n

Prior experience working as a Doubt Faculty / Associate Faculty in coaching institutes.

\r\n\r\n

Strong understanding of Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, and Trigonometry.

\r\n\r\n

Ability to handle student queries effectively and efficiently.

\r\n\r\n
