Develop and continuously improve academic content aligned with the JEE Mains syllabus and examination pattern.

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Mathematics at JEE Mains level.

\r\n\r\n

Simplify complex mathematical concepts using structured explanations and exam-focused problem-solving methods.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with the latest JEE Mains examination pattern.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain a disciplined and interactive classroom environment that encourages effective learning.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, study materials, and practice worksheets.

\r\n\r\n

Develop structured question banks, mock tests, and revision modules for JEE Mains preparation.

\r\n\r\n

Regularly update academic content according to syllabus updates and exam trends.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions, revision classes, and advanced problem-solving discussions.

\r\n\r\n

Track student progress through periodic assessments and mock tests.

\r\n\r\n

Identify learning gaps and provide targeted academic support to improve student performance.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

Participate in academic meetings, faculty discussions, and academic planning sessions.

Maintain academic records and student performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Mathematics.

\r\n\r\n

Experience teaching JEE Mains level Mathematics is required.

\r\n\r\n

Preferred Background

Prior experience teaching in reputed IIT-JEE coaching institutes.
