Role Summary

\r\n\r\n

Deliver high-quality Mathematics instruction for foundation-level students of Classes 9 and 10.

\r\n\r\n

Build strong conceptual clarity in Mathematics and strengthen students’ academic foundation for future competitive exam preparation.

\r\n\r\n

Develop and continuously improve academic content aligned with CBSE/School curriculum standards.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Mathematics foundation classes (9th & 10th).

\r\n\r\n

Simplify mathematical concepts using structured explanations, examples, and problem-solving techniques.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with school curriculum guidelines.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and practice materials.

\r\n\r\n

Design conceptual problem sets to strengthen students’ analytical and problem-solving skills.

\r\n\r\n

Update academic content regularly to match curriculum updates and academic standards.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Track student progress through regular tests and assignments.

\r\n\r\n

Identify learning gaps and provide targeted academic support to improve student performance.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow faculty members to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

\r\n\r\n

Participate in academic meetings, training programs, and institutional activities.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain student performance records and academic reports.

\r\n\r\n

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in Mathematics.

\r\n\r\n

Experience teaching foundation-level Mathematics for Classes 9 & 10 is preferred.

\r\n\r\n

Preferred Background

Prior experience teaching in schools or foundation coaching institutes.

\r\n\r\n

Strong ability to simplify mathematical concepts for younger students.
