Role Summary

\r\n\r\n

Deliver high-quality Mathematics instruction for students preparing for JEE Main and NEET (Physics/Math-oriented programs), ensuring strong conceptual understanding and analytical problem-solving skills.

\r\n\r\n

Teach mathematical concepts using structured explanations, logical reasoning, and exam-oriented problem-solving techniques aligned with JEE Main syllabus and competitive exam standards.

\r\n\r\n

Develop academic content and strategies aimed at improving student performance in engineering entrance examinations.

\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Mathematics for JEE Main aspirants (Classes 11th & 12th).

\r\n\r\n

Explain concepts using structured lessons, examples, and advanced problem-solving techniques.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with JEE Main curriculum and competitive exam standards.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment that promotes effective learning.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

\r\n\r\n

Develop question banks, mock tests, and revision modules aligned with JEE Main exam patterns.

Regularly update academic content according to latest syllabus updates and exam trends.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

Track student performance through regular tests, assessments, and performance analysis.

\r\n\r\n

Provide targeted mentoring to improve student accuracy, speed, and conceptual clarity.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

Participate in faculty meetings, academic discussions, and training sessions.

Maintain academic records and student performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Experience teaching JEE Main level Mathematics is preferred.

Prior experience teaching in coaching institutes for JEE preparation.
