Role Summary

\r\n\r\n

Deliver high-quality Mathematics instruction for foundation-level students, helping them build strong conceptual understanding in mathematical fundamentals.

Teach concepts in a simplified and engaging manner to strengthen students’ academic base for future competitive exam preparation.

\r\n\r\n

Develop and continuously improve academic content aligned with foundation curriculum and academic learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Mathematics foundation-level students.

\r\n\r\n

Explain mathematical concepts using structured explanations, examples, and step-by-step problem-solving techniques.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with foundation-level curriculum guidelines.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain a positive and interactive classroom environment that encourages logical thinking and problem-solving.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and practice materials.

\r\n\r\n

Design conceptual problem sets and revision exercises for foundation-level students.

\r\n\r\n

Regularly update teaching materials to match curriculum updates and academic requirements.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Track student progress through regular tests and assignments.

\r\n\r\n

Identify learning gaps and provide targeted academic support to improve student understanding.

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow faculty members to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and institutional activities.

Maintain student performance records and academic reports.

\r\n\r\n

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Mathematics.

\r\n\r\n

Experience teaching foundation-level Mathematics is preferred.

\r\n\r\n
