Role Summary

\r\n\r\n

Provide academic support to students by solving Physics doubts and conceptual queries for senior secondary classes.

\r\n\r\n

Assist students in strengthening their conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills through doubt-solving sessions and academic guidance.

\r\n\r\n

Support the academic team in ensuring effective learning outcomes and student progress.

\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Doubt Solving & Academic Support

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions for Physics topics and numerical problems.

\r\n\r\n

Clarify student queries related to concepts, assignments, and test questions.

\r\n\r\n

Help students understand difficult Physics concepts through structured explanations and examples.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an interactive and supportive learning environment during doubt sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Student Guidance & Progress Support

\r\n\r\n

Assist students in improving their conceptual understanding and problem-solving approach.

\r\n\r\n

Identify areas where students face difficulty and provide targeted academic support.

\r\n\r\n

Encourage students to develop analytical thinking and confidence in solving Physics problems.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Work closely with senior faculty and academic coordinators to support curriculum delivery.

\r\n\r\n

Assist in conducting revision sessions, practice discussions, and problem-solving classes.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain records of student queries and progress where required.

\r\n\r\n

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in teaching or academic support roles.

\r\n\r\n

Strong understanding of senior secondary Physics concepts.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Preferred Background

\r\n\r\n

Prior experience working as a doubt faculty or academic support faculty in coaching institutes.

\r\n\r\n

Strong ability to explain Physics concepts clearly and solve numerical problems efficiently.

Experience supporting students preparing for board or competitive exams.
