Role Summary

Deliver high-quality Physics instruction for students preparing for JEE Mains and NEET examinations.

Teach fundamental and advanced Physics concepts with strong conceptual clarity and competitive exam–oriented problem-solving techniques.

\r\n\r\n

Develop and continuously improve academic content aligned with JEE Mains and NEET syllabus and exam patterns.

\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Physics at JEE Mains and NEET level.

\r\n\r\n

Simplify complex Physics concepts using structured explanations, numerical problem-solving methods, and practical examples.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with the latest competitive exam patterns and syllabus updates.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment that promotes active learning.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, study materials, and practice worksheets.

\r\n\r\n

Develop structured question banks, test series, and mock exams for competitive exam preparation.

\r\n\r\n

Regularly update academic content according to JEE and NEET syllabus changes and exam trends.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions, revision classes, and advanced problem-solving discussions.

\r\n\r\n

Track student progress through regular assessments, mock tests, and performance analysis.

\r\n\r\n

Identify learning gaps and provide targeted academic support to improve student outcomes.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

\r\n\r\n

Participate in academic meetings, faculty discussions, and academic planning sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain academic records and student performance reports.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Physics.

\r\n\r\n

Experience teaching JEE Mains and NEET level Physics is required.

\r\n\r\n

Preferred Background

\r\n\r\n

Prior experience teaching in reputed IIT-JEE / NEET coaching institutes.

\r\n\r\n

Strong expertise in competitive exam preparation and numerical problem-solving techniques.
