Handle teaching for both Gujarati and English medium students, ensuring clarity across diverse learning backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Physics for NEET / IIT-JEE aspirants (Classes 11th & 12th).

\r\n\r\n

Explain concepts using structured lessons, real-life examples, and advanced numerical techniques.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with NEET / IIT-JEE curriculum and standards.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment that promotes effective learning.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

\r\n\r\n

Develop question banks, mock tests, and revision modules aligned with competitive exam patterns.

\r\n\r\n

Update academic content according to latest syllabus updates and exam trends.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Track student performance through regular tests, assessments, and performance analysis.

\r\n\r\n

Provide targeted mentoring to improve student accuracy, conceptual clarity, and exam performance.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic discussions.

Maintain academic records and student performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 4–6 years of teaching experience in Physics.

\r\n\r\n

Experience teaching NEET / IIT-JEE level Physics is preferred.

\r\n\r\n

Preferred Background

Prior experience teaching in coaching institutes for NEET / IIT-JEE preparation.

\r\n\r\n

Ability to teach in both Gujarati and English medium.

\r\n\r\n

Strong understanding of Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Thermodynamics, Optics, and Modern Physics.
