Role Summary

\r\n\r\n

Deliver high-quality Physics instruction for students preparing for JEE, ensuring strong conceptual understanding of core and advanced Physics concepts.

Teach Physics topics using structured explanations, analytical problem-solving methods, and advanced numerical techniques aligned with JEE examination standards.

\r\n\r\n

Develop academic content and problem-solving modules aimed at improving student performance in engineering entrance examinations.

\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Physics for JEE aspirants (Classes 11th & 12th).

\r\n\r\n

Explain Physics concepts using structured lessons, examples, and advanced numerical problem-solving techniques.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with JEE syllabus and competitive exam standards.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment that promotes effective learning.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

\r\n\r\n

Develop question banks, mock tests, and revision modules aligned with JEE exam patterns.

\r\n\r\n

Regularly update academic content according to latest syllabus updates and exam trends.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Track student progress through regular tests, performance analysis, and feedback sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Provide targeted mentoring to improve student speed, accuracy, and conceptual clarity.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

\r\n\r\n

Participate in faculty meetings, academic discussions, and training sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain academic records and student performance reports.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 8–11 years of teaching experience in Physics.

\r\n\r\n

Proven experience teaching JEE level Physics is highly preferred.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Preferred Background

\r\n\r\n

Prior experience teaching in reputed IIT-JEE coaching institutes.

\r\n\r\n

Strong understanding of Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Thermodynamics, Optics, and Modern Physics.

\r\n\r\n

Experience creating advanced-level study materials and competitive exam question banks.

\r\n\r\n
