Role Summary

\r\n\r\n

Deliver high-quality Physics instruction for students preparing for NEET, ensuring strong conceptual understanding of fundamental and advanced Physics concepts.

Teach Physics topics using structured explanations, analytical problem-solving techniques, and numerical applications aligned with NEET examination standards.

\r\n\r\n

Develop academic content and practice modules aimed at improving student performance in medical entrance examinations.

\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Physics for NEET aspirants (Classes 11th & 12th).

\r\n\r\n

Explain Physics concepts using structured lessons, real-life examples, and problem-solving techniques.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with NEET syllabus and competitive exam standards.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment that promotes effective learning.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

\r\n\r\n

Develop practice questions, mock tests, and revision modules aligned with NEET exam patterns.

\r\n\r\n

Regularly update academic content according to latest syllabus updates and exam trends.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Track student progress through regular tests, performance analysis, and feedback sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Provide targeted mentoring to improve student accuracy, conceptual clarity, and exam performance.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

\r\n\r\n

Participate in faculty meetings, academic discussions, and training sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain academic records and student performance reports.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 8–11 years of teaching experience in Physics.

\r\n\r\n

Proven experience teaching NEET level Physics is highly preferred.

\r\n\r\n

Preferred Background

\r\n\r\n

Prior experience teaching in reputed NEET coaching institutes.

\r\n\r\n

Strong understanding of Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Thermodynamics, Optics, and Modern Physics.

\r\n\r\n

Experience creating competitive exam-oriented study materials and test series.
