Role Summary

\r\n\r\n

Deliver high-quality Physics instruction for Foundation and Board level classes, ensuring strong conceptual clarity in core Physics principles and problem-solving techniques.

\r\n\r\n

Teach Physics topics using structured explanations, numerical problem-solving methods, and practical examples aligned with school board curriculum and foundational competitive exam preparation.

\r\n\r\n

Develop academic content and teaching strategies that improve student understanding, academic performance, and conceptual learning.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Physics for Foundation and Board level students.

\r\n\r\n

Explain Physics concepts using structured lessons, real-life examples, and numerical/problem-solving techniques.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with board curriculum and academic standards.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment to promote effective learning.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

\r\n\r\n

Develop practice questions, revision modules, and test papers.

\r\n\r\n

Regularly update academic content according to curriculum updates and exam requirements.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Track student progress through regular assessments, tests, and performance analysis.

\r\n\r\n

Identify learning gaps and provide targeted academic support to improve student outcomes.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

\r\n\r\n

Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic discussions.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain proper academic records and student performance reports.

\r\n\r\n

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience in Physics.

\r\n\r\n

Experience teaching Foundation and Board level Physics is preferred.

\r\n\r\n

Preferred Background

Prior experience teaching in schools or coaching institutes.

Strong understanding of school board Physics curriculum.
