Role Summary

Deliver high-quality Physics instruction for students preparing for JEE Advanced, ensuring strong conceptual understanding of advanced Physics topics.

Teach complex concepts using structured explanations, analytical reasoning, and high-level numerical problem-solving techniques aligned with JEE Advanced standards.

\r\n\r\n

Develop academic content and strategies aimed at improving student performance in top-tier engineering entrance examinations.

\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Physics for JEE Advanced aspirants (Classes 11th & 12th).

\r\n\r\n

Explain advanced Physics concepts using structured lessons and problem-solving approaches.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with JEE Advanced curriculum and competitive exam standards.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment that promotes deep conceptual learning.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare advanced lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

\r\n\r\n

Develop high-level question banks, mock tests, and revision modules.

\r\n\r\n

Continuously update content based on latest JEE Advanced trends and syllabus updates.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and advanced revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Track student performance through tests, analysis, and feedback sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Provide targeted mentoring to help students achieve top ranks in JEE Advanced.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team for effective curriculum planning.

\r\n\r\n

Participate in faculty meetings, academic discussions, and training sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain academic records and performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 8–11 years of teaching experience in Physics.

\r\n\r\n

Proven experience teaching JEE Advanced level Physics is highly preferred.

\r\n\r\n

Preferred Background

Prior experience teaching in top IIT-JEE coaching institutes.

\r\n\r\n

Strong expertise in Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Thermodynamics, Optics, and Modern Physics.

Experience in developing advanced-level study material and test series.

\r\n\r\n
