Role Summary

Deliver high-quality Biology instruction for NEET aspirants, ensuring strong conceptual understanding of Botany and Zoology topics aligned with competitive exam standards.

Teach complex biological concepts using structured explanations, diagrams, examples, and exam-oriented strategies to prepare students effectively for NEET and other medical entrance examinations.

Develop academic content and practice material aimed at improving student performance in competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Biology for NEET aspirants.

\r\n\r\n

Explain biological concepts through structured teaching methods, diagrams, and examples aligned with NEET exam patterns.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure complete syllabus coverage in accordance with NEET curriculum and competitive standards.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain a disciplined and engaging classroom environment that supports effective learning.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

\r\n\r\n

Develop question banks, mock tests, and revision modules for NEET preparation.

\r\n\r\n

Continuously update academic material based on latest NEET exam patterns and syllabus updates.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Track student performance through regular assessments and test analysis.

\r\n\r\n

Identify academic gaps and provide targeted mentoring to improve student results.

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with academic teams to ensure smooth and effective curriculum delivery.

Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic planning discussions.

Maintain proper academic records and student performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Zoology, Botany, or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience in Biology.

\r\n\r\n

Experience teaching NEET level Biology is highly preferred.

\r\n\r\n
