Teach advanced Chemistry topics using structured explanations, reaction mechanisms, numerical problem-solving, and exam-oriented strategies aligned with NEET and JEE competitive exam preparation.

Develop academic content and practice material that enhances student performance in competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for Chemistry for NEET and JEE aspirants.

\r\n\r\n

Explain complex Chemistry concepts through structured teaching methods, examples, and numerical/problem-solving techniques.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure complete syllabus coverage aligned with NEET / JEE exam patterns and competitive standards.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain a disciplined and engaging classroom environment that promotes effective learning.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare detailed lesson plans, assignments, and study materials.

\r\n\r\n

Develop practice sheets, question banks, mock tests, and revision modules.

\r\n\r\n

Continuously update academic content according to latest NEET / JEE exam trends and syllabus changes.

\r\n\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Monitor student progress through regular tests, performance analysis, and feedback sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Identify learning gaps and provide targeted guidance to improve student results in competitive exams.

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.

Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic planning discussions.

Maintain academic records and performance reports of students.

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience in Chemistry.

Experience teaching NEET / JEE level Chemistry is highly preferred.
