Role Summary

\r\n\r\n

Provide high-quality doubt-solving and academic support in Chemistry for JEE / NEET aspirants, ensuring strong conceptual clarity in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.

\r\n\r\n

Assist lead faculty in delivering academic content and help students strengthen their understanding through one-on-one and group doubt sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Support academic delivery by reinforcing concepts using structured explanations and problem-solving techniques aligned with competitive exam standards.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Doubt Resolution

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-solving sessions for Chemistry for JEE / NEET students (Classes 11th & 12th).

\r\n\r\n

Explain concepts using reaction mechanisms, numerical problem-solving, and structured approaches.

\r\n\r\n

Provide one-on-one and group support to improve conceptual clarity and accuracy.

\r\n\r\n

Assist in classroom sessions when required.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Support & Content Assistance

\r\n\r\n

Assist in preparation of assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

\r\n\r\n

Help develop question banks and revision modules.

\r\n\r\n

Support faculty in updating content based on latest syllabus updates and exam trends.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Monitor student performance and identify learning gaps.

\r\n\r\n

Provide targeted academic support to improve student performance and confidence.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain feedback and progress reports of students.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Work closely with senior faculty to ensure smooth academic delivery.

\r\n\r\n

Participate in faculty meetings and training sessions.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain academic records and assist in performance reporting.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 3–5 years of teaching or academic support experience in Chemistry.

\r\n\r\n

Experience in JEE / NEET level doubt solving or assistant faculty role is preferred.

\r\n\r\n

Preferred Background

Prior experience working as a Doubt Faculty / Associate Faculty in coaching institutes.

\r\n\r\n

Strong understanding of Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
