About the Role:

\r\n\r\n

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Trainee Faculty – Chemistry to join our academic team in Patiala. This position is ideal for fresh graduates from IITs, NITs, or other reputed institutes who have a strong grasp of Chemistry concepts and a passion for teaching JEE Mains and NEET aspirants.

\r\n\r\n

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, sound subject knowledge, and an enthusiastic teaching style to inspire students. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\t
Deliver concept-driven and interactive Chemistry lectures for JEE Mains and NEET students.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practice materials aligned with competitive exam patterns.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Conduct doubt-solving sessions to enhance students’ understanding and performance.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Coordinate with senior faculty for training and curriculum development.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Inspire, motivate, and support students in achieving their academic goals.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Continuously upgrade content knowledge and teaching methodology.

Requirements:

\r\n\r\n

B.Tech from IIT / NIT or an equivalent reputed institute.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Strong foundation in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Energetic, dedicated, and student-focused.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Must be willing to take offline classes from Patiala location.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Immediate joining is preferred.
