About the Role:

\r\n\r\n

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Trainee Faculty – Physics educators to join our academic team in Patiala. The role is ideal for fresh graduates from IITs, NITs, or other reputed institutions who have a strong command of Physics and a passion for teaching students preparing for JEE Mains and NEET examinations.

\r\n\r\n

The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of concepts, and an energetic approach to classroom engagement. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

\r\n\r\n

Deliver engaging and concept-oriented Physics lectures for JEE Mains and NEET students.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Prepare and implement lesson plans, test papers, and study materials.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Conduct doubt-solving sessions and support students in concept clarity.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Collaborate with academic mentors to enhance teaching techniques.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Motivate students and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Continuously upgrade subject knowledge and pedagogy skills.
\r\n\t

Requirements:

B.Tech degree from IIT / NIT or equivalent reputed institute.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Strong subject expertise in Physics with conceptual clarity.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Energetic, proactive, and passionate about teaching.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Willingness to take offline classes from Patiala location.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t
Must be able to join immediately.
