Key Responsibilities:

\r\n\r\n

As Maths Faculty:

\r\n\r\n

Teach Mathematics to students for competitive exams like JEE/NEET with conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills.

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and study materials aligned with curriculum standards.

\r\n\r\n

Conduct online classes during the selection phase and offline classes post-joining.

\r\n\r\n

As Centre Head:

\r\n\r\n

Manage day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the Lucknow centre.

\r\n\r\n

Supervise faculty, coordinate schedules, and ensure teaching quality.

\r\n\r\n

Handle student admissions, feedback, and performance tracking.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure smooth execution of all center activities and maintain academic excellence standards.

\r\n\r\n

Candidate Requirements:

\r\n\r\n

Experience: 5–8 years of teaching Mathematics at JEE/NEET or similar competitive exams.

\r\n\r\n

Proven leadership or management experience in an academic setting is preferred.

\r\n\r\n

Strong subject knowledge and excellent teaching skills.

\r\n\r\n

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

\r\n\r\n

Ability to join immediately in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
