Role Summary

\r\n\r\n

Manage the admission counselling process for students seeking enrollment in JEE and NEET preparation programs.

\r\n\r\n

Guide students and parents regarding courses, academic programs, fee structure, and admission procedures.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure effective communication with prospective students and support them throughout the admission process.

\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Admission Counselling & Student Interaction

\r\n\r\n

Provide counselling to students and parents regarding JEE / NEET preparation programs.

\r\n\r\n

Explain course details, curriculum structure, faculty strengths, and institute facilities.

\r\n\r\n

Understand student requirements and guide them towards the most suitable academic program.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain professional communication with walk-in students, telephonic enquiries, and online leads.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Lead Management & Conversion

\r\n\r\n

Handle admission enquiries generated through different sources such as calls, website leads, and walk-ins.

\r\n\r\n

Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain proper lead tracking and update admission status regularly.

\r\n\r\n

Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.

\r\n\r\n

Admission Process Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Assist students and parents with admission documentation and enrollment procedures.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure smooth coordination between the academic team and admissions department.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain accurate student records and admission data.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Student Relationship Management

\r\n\r\n

Build strong relationships with students and parents to maintain trust and satisfaction.

\r\n\r\n

Address queries related to courses, academic schedule, and institute policies.

\r\n\r\n

Provide continuous support during the admission and onboarding process.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in admission counselling.

\r\n\r\n

Prior experience working with JEE / NEET coaching institutes is mandatory.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Preferred Background

\r\n\r\n

Experience in student counselling or admissions in reputed coaching institutes.

\r\n\r\n

Strong understanding of competitive exam preparation programs such as JEE and NEET.

\r\n\r\n

Ability to manage student inquiries and convert leads effectively.
