Role Summary

Provide strong academic leadership and administrative oversight to ensure smooth functioning of the school.

Lead and manage faculty, staff, and academic operations to maintain high standards of education and discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Implement effective academic strategies, policies, and student development initiatives aligned with institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Academic Leadership

\r\n\r\n

Oversee the academic planning and curriculum implementation across all classes.

\r\n\r\n

Monitor teaching quality, lesson planning, and classroom delivery to maintain high academic standards.

\r\n\r\n

Support faculty development through guidance, training, and performance monitoring.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure proper implementation of academic policies and school guidelines.

\r\n\r\n

School Administration

\r\n\r\n

Manage day-to-day school operations including staff coordination, scheduling, and administrative processes.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure smooth functioning of school activities, examinations, and academic programs.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment within the school.

\r\n\r\n

Faculty & Staff Management

\r\n\r\n

Recruit, train, and guide teaching and non-teaching staff.

\r\n\r\n

Conduct regular meetings with faculty to review academic progress and institutional goals.

\r\n\r\n

Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for professional improvement.

\r\n\r\n

Student Development & Parent Engagement

\r\n\r\n

Monitor student academic progress and overall development.

\r\n\r\n

Address student and parent concerns professionally and effectively.

\r\n\r\n

Build strong relationships with parents and ensure effective communication regarding academic updates.

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or relevant discipline.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a school leadership or academic management role.

\r\n\r\n

Strong understanding of school academic operations and administration.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Preferred Background

\r\n\r\n

Prior experience working as a Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, or Principal.

\r\n\r\n

Experience in managing school academics, faculty, and administrative functions.

\r\n\r\n

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

\r\n\r\n
