Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

Teaching & Classroom Delivery

\r\n\r\n

Conduct classroom sessions for English for secondary-level students (CBSE).

\r\n\r\n

Teach grammar, literature, writing skills, and comprehension using structured and engaging methods.

\r\n\r\n

Ensure syllabus completion aligned with CBSE curriculum and academic standards.

\r\n\r\n

Maintain a disciplined and interactive classroom environment to promote effective learning.

Academic Content Development

\r\n\r\n

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.

\r\n\r\n

Design practice exercises, reading activities, and writing tasks.

Update academic content according to CBSE guidelines and curriculum updates.

Student Support & Progress Tracking

\r\n\r\n

Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.

\r\n\r\n

Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and assessments.

Provide constructive feedback to improve students’ language proficiency and academic performance.

\r\n\r\n

Academic Coordination

\r\n\r\n

Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and academic discussions.
Maintain proper student records and academic reports.

Qualifications & Experience

\r\n\r\n

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or related discipline.

\r\n\r\n

B.Ed. qualification is preferred.

\r\n\r\n

Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience in English (CBSE).
